In this case, we have a John Deere harvester, and the AC system stopped working due to the compressor seizing up. Elvern the Mennonite Mechanic took the time to flush the system before replacing the part and charging the system because there could be a chance that containments would be in the system causing the compressor to fail once again. It is costly to flush the system but it is the right way to avoid further costs not doing it right in the first place.

We replaced the bad turbo with a John Deere reman turbo.
1. Replace faulty part
2. Prelube
3. New gaskets
4. Inspect to make sure everything is as good as new.
5. Reprogram the ECU
6. Put it on the Dyno to test it.
This job particular job took about 8 hours at the shop rate of $50 an hour, the customer saved half of what it would have cost at a dealership.

(2) Disassemble, as we take apart the engine we inspect all the parts for any wear, cracks or leaks that need fixed.
(3) Cleaning and inspecting, after the disassembly we clean the parts, we look over the parts one more time for any issues.
(4) Machining, we take the necessary means and precautions to machine the engine.
(5) Assembling, we make sure to use the proper specs while assembling the engine and add new seals and gaskets. We also lubricate all necessary components.
